Antar Mouna, a Sanskrit term meaning inner silence, is a meditation technique that allows us to observe the underlying structure of our mind and thought processes. In our daily lives, the mind is often occupied by external stimuli, we experience only what is going on outside, leaving us with a limited awareness and understanding of our internal environment. Through the practice of Antar Mouna, we can reverse this pattern and gain insight into the workings of our mind and thought patterns, allowing us to understand them more deeply. By becoming aware of the inner noise, we can tune in to the voice of silence that lies beyond it and reconnect with the peace within ourselves.
