The weekly courses are designed as a process, starting with simple tension releasing exercises, progressing to more challenging programs and culminating in classical yoga postures. Breathing exercises enhance the effects of the physical exercises, calm the mind and creates a foundation for further contemplation. An important part of each class is relaxation and different ways of releasing tension and dealing with stress will be introduced. Each class ends with a meditation from the Tantric tradition.
